Great day pack!
This is a great daypack!

Pro’s:
-Durable
-Great weight distribution
-Plenty of pockets and organization
-Well padded shoulder straps

Con’s:
-Would be great if it came with a built in rain cover…but that’s no biggie.

Great Day Pack!
I have been using this as a daypack for light hiking trips. Works great! Comfortable and roomy with plenty of storage pockets. My only small complaint is not being able to velcro-up the excess length of straps from the shoulder straps. Nonetheless I would definitely recommend this pack.

Perfect Pack
I love Kelty! After purchasing (and loving) a Kelty Tioga 5000 for a 5-day excursion through southwest Yellowstone last summer, I came back for more when I needed to replace my day pack. It was a top loading JanSport Bridger 40 (which I also loved). The panel loading is awesome on the Redwing without compromising strength, thanks to compression straps. It has plenty of room for an overnight but compactable if you’re just carrying a couple things on a short day hike. It’s plenty tough, water resistant and has lots of pockets and accessories without feeling like overkill. You can’t go wrong with Kelty.

Great deal
This is an amazing backpack that I received as a gift. I plan to use it to hike the Appalachian Trail, and other various places. The backpack has many compartments and great adjustments to ensure comfort. The only complaint I have is that the directions are extremely vague in regards to getting the straps to the correct settings. Other than that it is overall a great backpacking backpack.

Amazing value… Durable pack…
Wow… I just got back from a 5 day hike down the grand canyon… This back pack had every strap, pouch, and feature you could want. You won’t regret buying it.

Great Backpack
After polling many Eagle Scouts working in various camping and sporting goods stores I found this pack to be the one most recommended. I bought it for my son when he crossed over into Boy Scouts. This pack is very well made, holds all the gear he can manage and things are easily accessible. Because of the suspension system it will grow with him into adulthood but is comfortable and fits perfectly on a smaller person.
